If you require a doctor after 6pm on weekdays or at weekends and bank holidays, please ring 028 9260 2204.
This telephone number is also recorded on the surgery answering service. Out-of-Hours service is for EMERGENCIES ONLY and is co-organised by the South Eastern Trust.
Our doctors work in this service. In most instances you will be asked to travel to the Out-of-Hours centre based in Downpatrick.
Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency
Our reception staff are trained as Care Navigators and they act as your first point of contact to ensure that you receive faster and more appropriate care, they may ask brief non intrusive questions to direct you to the most suitable professional (GP, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Practice Nurse, Healthcare Assistant, Physiotherapist, Social Worker, Mental Health Practitioner or Practice Pharmacist).

If you are housebound and need an appointment, we will do a home visit. We will phone you first to understand what you need.
To request a home visit, it’s helpful if you phone the practice before 10:30am.
